Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Hi
I own a Dell XPS 15 (L502X). I've had it over 2 years and it has been running fine until recently.
I have been getting these error messages.
Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver Intel graphics Accelerator Drivers for windows 7(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
and
Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 335.23 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
This seems to happen when ever i play games but it has also happened when running My Dell PC Check Up.
I have tried restoring to factory default and re-installing the drivers but nothing has worked.
If anyone knows how to fix this issue that would be great.
Cheers

I upgraded my Video Card to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti and downloaded the different drivers from NVIDIA. Tight fit and it will rub wires and make a noise if you don't make sure you pull those fan wires out of the way. Once you do that and tape them back, smooth sailing. Never had an issue since!
