Hi RahulAgarwalCyb,

I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check for issue resolution.

  1. Switch off the computer.
  2. Disconnect the AC adapter from the system.
  3. Remove the battery from the computer.
  4. Press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds.
  5. Then connect back all the peripherals and check if the LCD works.

8 beeps on the Dell laptop means there is an issue with the LCD display. Sometimes it may be a problem with the slot on the motherboard where the LCD display cable gets connected which could lead to motherboard faulty.

In addition, please check if there was no display on the external monitor.

Thanks Ravi for your kind response.

I have done exactly same earlier whatsoever you suggested me in the last message but still my laptop getting stuck and the same issue is raising again & again.

Is there any problem with my laptop's motherboard or something different?

i am not able to get rid of this issue please suggest me what should i do now?

I have already spent 2000 rupees to overcome this problem and get replaced display IC from one of the Dell Service centers in Pune.

Sometime it works good but after 2 or 3 hours when it gets overheated suddenly breakdown occurs and my laptop display get disturbed with throwing an error message "There is an issue with your display driver".

So Ravi its my humble request to you please give me right direction and let me suggest for the next step.

Thank You

Hi RahulAgarwalCyb,

If there is no display on the external display then the issue should be with the mother board on the system.
