Request you to use the below link, input system service tag, select right operating system and download the Bluetooth driver corresponding to the wireless card:

Thank you for the guidance. I downloaded the files but it did not resolve the issue.

Hi Rajiv,
Request you to let me know if you get any error messages and if it comes after or while downloading.
Also send me the system service tag through private message. I will check and provide the right drivers.

As it is more than 2 years old I don't remember the resolution to the issue. I suggest that you contact Dell Support.
