Drivers for Dell Inspiron 1720 (Windows 7)

I have installed Windows 7 32-bit on my Dell Inspiron 1720. I have successfully installed almost all drivers except the following ones:

I have tried searching for Windows Vista 32-bit drivers by thinking maybe they will install and work without problems in Win 7 32-bit, but looking at here - http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/ServiceTag/   Service tag removed per privacy policy>-

I couldn´t find drivers for my unknown devices. Also I tried Windows update but no luck whatsoever. Can anybody help me finding the right drivers for previously mentioned devices? Help will be appreciated!

Hi Writech,

I suggest that you run the Intel chipset update utility first from the following link:

http://intel.ly/Q3MfJc

This utility should run and let you know if a chipset driver update is required as Windows 7 might already have native support for your chipset.

Once done, you can go ahead and install the Windows Vista drivers which are compatible even with Windows 7. The necessary drivers can be downloaded from the following link.

Network driver: http://dell.to/SUC3D4

Wireless driver: http://dell.to/WYEhG8

The drivers have to be installed in the order mentioned above and the system restarted, after every driver installation.
