Drivers for Modem
I have a Dell inspireon 6000...The Modem died so I got a replacement from another 6000.I need a direct link to drivers for the Modem as I don't have a build number for the donor machine...I actually have a 1501 also plus I bought 2 replacement modems All of the Modems have RD02D110 on them but the drivers are different fn the 6000 and the 1501 so I think these other numbers determine the driver needed....The modem in question has the following numbers....Conexant CN-0m5804-68243-5B8-7920 ...... Dp/ om5804 ... Rick

Thanks for helping...This link got me to the drivers for the 6000 and they are the same drivers I already have downloaded on a disk and had installed previously....I am curious , do you know if these are the only drivers for all 6000 models or did they have different ones depending on the Build number..

Hi,
The Inspiron 6000 is factory installed with the Conexant D110 MDC V.9x Modem. The link mentioned in my last post is for this modem. If you had installed a different internal modem than the drivers would be different.

The original Modem tha shipped in this machine was RD02-D110 Even this does not seem to matchthe numbers you gave....I don't see any MDC on it,,,,Are the drivers for a D110 all the same?
