I had the same problem with the Dymo LabelWriter 310. I ended up having to download just the printer drivers and separately install instead of using the drivers from the full application, have you tried that? Printer Drivers for 320
I also had an issue installing and printing while docked to the Dell D-Port docking station. I had to completely remove all drivers, undock and reinstall. The LabelWriter worked, but as soon as I re-docked my laptop, it wouldn't print anymore - same error: Document Failed to Print. In talking with DYMO Tech Support, they said Dell is aware of this issue.
This is a very old post but would love to know if Dymo and Dell support got anywhere with this issue? Recently discovered issue with Dymo LabelWriter 320 Model 90795 where it wouldn't work on Dell Latitude E5530 via advanced docking station. Just gives error message failed to print.
