E6400 - Win 7 Pro - Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver

I am having isues pairing my iPhone 3GS to my Latitude E6400 running Windows 7 Pro via Bluetooth.  I installed the Bluetooth software from from the Drivers and Downloads page.  However, but I am getting a Windows error indicating that the "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" driver is not installed on the Device and Printers tab.  When I ignore the error and when I attempt to pair them, they talk to some extent as the pairing code is sent to the iPhone.  Unfortuately, rather then connecting I get "Error Establishing Connection".
