E6410 Dual External Monitor Problem

Hello, We have a new e6410 laptop with the docking station and i am trying to get 2 external monitors to work. As of right now while using the docking station I am only able to get video out of the vga port. Neither of the DVI ports will show any display. In the video properties the monitor will not even show up as an option. We are using the integrated video card. No Nvidia.

so right now I have
laptopscreen/vga screen working. I would like to get the dvi working also.
Have the latest video driver installed

Any suggestions? is it even possible? Thanks for any help and i would be happy to provide any extra information needed.

What OS and driver are you on?  Seems to work for me in XP and Win7 on E6510...

Has the system been reimaged anytime in the past?  Installing the Dell Systems Management softare may help.  Just look at our download site here chose the operating system and then open the system utilities section.  Install the Dell Notebook System software file.  Typically when reimaging this should be the first driver installed followed by the chipset driver.   Let me know if it helps.

I have the same problem and I can't find the software you mention (link is broken).  Can you please provide a new path or a new solution if you know of one?

E6410 w/Port replicator plus currently connected to 2208WFP with VGA and p2210H with Display port.
I would like to connect the 2208 via DVI, but neither of the DVI ports work with either monitor.
