E6410 looses ip address when undocking\docking
Hi
When undocking and then redocking my Dell E610 laptop it looses its ip address & I cannot access the network or internet!?
I have tried a ipconfig /renew but get an error saying unable to renew ip address.
ip comes up as 0.0.0.0
I have tried changing the docking station.
Running XP SP3
Any help would be great.
No Events found!

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. Try deleting the docking profile, so your computer will automatically recreate one.
Undock machine, click on start, right click on My Computer, click on properties, click on Hardware, click on Hardware profiles, and remove the dock profile from there, if you see multiple dock profiles remove them as well, restart your computer and then dock the system.
