The cost of a drive is low ($50 if it takes a conventional drive - closer to $100 if it's solid state).
You'll have to decide based on that (or post the model if you want something more definitive).
You need to replace the hard drive (or solid state drive, whichever you've got).

I recently purchased a new computer, so I don't really need the netbook for myself anymore. I just want to fix it to sell it and still get some money out of it. Do you think that's realistic?
