Error Message 4EOF:137B and almost black monitor

Has anyone experienced the error message above?  When I start up, the blue DELL sign flashes and then the screen goes ultra dark.  Everything works, but I need a flashlight to see what is running.  I have tried FN arrows and FN F8... also ran diagnostics and had a ERROR CODE 0333 and MSG ERROR CODE 2000-0333.

Can anyone help or identify this problem for me?  Thanks!
