I suggest you to refresh the drivers by uninstalling and re-installing the Bluetooth device. Please follow the steps provided below to refresh the drivers:

1. Click “Start”, and then click “Control Panel”.
2. Click “System and Maintenance”, click “System”, and then click “Device Manager.
3. Locate the Bluetooth device by expanding the categories. Right-click on drivers listed.
4. Click “Uninstall”.
5. Restart the computer. This will let the computer automatically detect the device drivers.

You will have to update the Bluetooth drivers for the computer it refreshing the drivers fails. You can download the driver from the “Network” section by selecting the version of Windows installed on your computer from the following link:
