Error code 2000-0332
My computer is giving an error message "internal hard drive disk not found" when I start. When I ran the PSA I received error code 2000-0332 validation 69794. What do I do?

Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.
Boot into BIOS and check if the hard drive is detected.
Can you reset the hard drive and try booting?
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.

The hard drive has failed. Buy a new one. If you are still under warranty, Dell will replace it.
