Examining your computer please wait ...
I have an Inspiron mini 1012 running on Windows 7 Starter. I recently cleaned the registry and wanted to reload MS Office from My Dell Downloads. I have seen other posts about the same problem, "Examining your computer please wait ..." It just keeps running and never gets to the actual download page. My apologies if this topic has been covered in depth but I am not sure where to go from here. Help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi oatmeal1,
Welcome to the community.
Please disable any firewall that you have on the system and then try to download the same again on the system.
If you have the product key for the same then you can install the trial version of MS office and then use the product key to activate the same.
