Hi,

Welcome to the Community. Please mention your system model, and OS when posting on the forum.  I suggest your run system file checker to see if that fixes it. Use the below link on how to perform the step.

I also recommend your update your Chipset and Graphics driver. Log on to support.dell.com, click on home users, drivers and downloads, enter your service tag for drivers for your system, check under Chipset for the Chipset Driver and Video for Video Drivers. Restart your computer after installing each driver.

Go into your Service.msc and disable the AMD External Events Utility.
