The [Fn] key maps to the [Scroll Lock] key on an external keyboard. You may want to look at this knowledge base article to review the available Fn functions.
I checked the BIOS and "external hot key" is set to scroll lock but otherwise, I'm not seeing the functionality. The scroll lock light on the 8600 changes each time I press scroll lock key on the keyboard so at least I know that that signal is working, but [scroll lock]+F2 (disable radio), F10 (eject tray), up arrow, etc. are not working.
Can you think of any other settings I should look at? Would the QuickSet utility or similar have something hidden that I haven't noticed?

From what I know, I don't think there is a way to do that since it requires the Fn key.
