FN+f4 is not working

Also, I would suggest you to update the drivers. Please click the link mentioned below which will take you to the drivers website:

Enter the Service Tag of the computer and choose the Operating System installed on the computer. Update the latest drivers.

i install the QSet driver again but still the problem exists .its the only key which is not working with FN .

Thank you for the reply.

If Fn + F4 is the only combination that is not working properly, I would suggest you to test the functionality of F4 key using a different combination.

Try to close an application using Alt + F4 to check if the F4 key is functioning properly.

Also, I would suggest you to download  Dell Support Center 3.0 and perform PC Checkup Custom test on keyboard to isolate the issue. Please refer to the link mentioned below for more information:

hii .. my problem is solved by installing itel HD graphic through windows updates .. now FN+f4 working .. and thank you so much for your help you reply me and gave me some solutions of my problem .. thank you soo much again, DELL

Dear Manshu S

my Fn key is working but i can't reduce brightness more than one point. it's still high. all other Fn keys working properly.
