Hey, i have the same problem with an other notebook. Di you solved this problem?

Did you use an OEM fan, or a generic one? The Dell fans have thermistors aboard that communicate with the mainboard as to speed/temperature/etc. -- if that thermistor isn't there, the software (and diagnostics) cannot read it.
