None of the majors have free lifetime support any longer.  Some of the boutique brands to - but you pay a premium up front;  do you want that, or do you want to pay per incident - you will pay one way or the other.

I think it's probably more cost efficient to pay up front...because if you think about it, $2.79 a minute is nearly $30 for only 20 minutes.  And if I'm going to be speaking to someone in someplace like India where half the time you can't understand what they are saying, that time will definitely add up.
