Graphics Software

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 3421. I'm using Windows 7 32bit as my operating System. But I can't install any graphics software (neither Intel HD 3000/4000 driver nor nVIDIA GEForce GT625M driver). All I see is"This computer doesn't meet the minimum requirement ti install this software". But those softwares could be installed while I was using Windows 7 64 bit. I downloaded Intel HD 3000-4000 Graphics driver for Windows 7 32 bit, still I got the same message. Can anybody give me any solution? I can't play any of my games as I can't install those graphics softwares. Can anybody please give a solution for this problem?
