Graphics card failure
I have an inspiron 15R N5010 with ATI Radeon HD 550v as the graphics card. Recently my PC failed to boot into Windows, and when I booted into safe mode it had stripes and dots everywhere. On PSA test it showed graphics card failure, what should I do?

Sounds like the video chip (it's not a separate card) has failed. If so, it's either replace the mainboard (between $250-350 depending on whether you pay for labor or not) or replace the system. It may make more sense to replace rather than repair a low-end system of this age.
