If you are using Vista, you can use the Snipping Tool under Accessories in the Start menu.
If you have XP, you can use the Prnt Scrn button and then go to Paint or another photo editing program and paste it from your clipboard and then save it as a .jpg, .gif, or whatever format you want.

Thanks Jakpro, that tidbit solved a problem I was having on a project involving Google maps.
