As I understand from your question, you initially had BIOS version A05 which you updated to Version A06 and you are currently using BIOS Version A07.
If the above be true, then, you do not need to worry about uninstalling the Version A06 because whenever the BIOS is updated it replaces the existing BIOS and replaces it with the one being installed.
I hope this will help resolve your query.

No because AO7 is not for Enable Fix VGA Graphics please help me. i want to uninstall AO6 i search in Google and many says that AO6 has a Bug and Not Fully ACPI.
you need to download the latest software/driver for your switchable graphics card at dell support website. If i'm not wrong, you have an hd3000 and an ati radeon hd6400m switchable graphics. And after installing it, go to the preferences menu of the installed software and set what graphics you will use for a specific program. For example: set intel hd3000 for normal web browsing and if you are using graphics intensive application like photoshop or games use ATI as your main graphics.

Hi Mr Charles Castillo,
VGA Integrated Graphics is generally not a great option if you enjoy
playing video games which require high-end graphics capability.
We recommend you check for options for upgrading to a discrete video card so
that you can enjoy a better gaming experience.
Currently your system must be drawing on its own RAM to meet its
video memory needs which may be the reason for the lag.
Hope this helps.
