Help! RTC Mode fixed/time of day clock stopped! Can't boot up or goto setup!

Help!

When I turn on the Laptop first Dell logo comes on (press f2 for setup) then it goes to blank screen reading:"RTC mode fixed-time and date may be wrong. Tome of day clock stopped." It then just stays like that with no boot up.

I try to press F2 to enter setup, but never succeeds! Help, what to do!
