Hi Radiomsm,

What is your your systems model number like inspiron 5558 or xps 9360 or precision t5500.

Also

1. Is the BIOS up to date?

2. Have you intstalled the latest directx version?

3. Are the video and the chipset drivers up to date?

Hi. I'm used inspiron 3543. I have updated all drivers to the latest version on the home page of dell.com and I also downloaded the latest drivers for the video card (nvida.com) .... but not optimistic ... the video card does not work and only run ONB card (inter). I play league legend only 60 fps which otherwise it should reach 120 to card geforce 920m  ... please help me

This is a hybrid system - not a discrete video system.  All video data passes through the Intel GPU on its way to the display panel, so the Intel GPU will ALWAYS show active.

Some applications do and others do not support such a hybrid setup - check with the game/software publisher for their recommendations.  The nVidia 920 is a decidedly low-end GPU and this is a very low-end system -- you must temper your expectations.  Just as you don't get Lexus luxury in a Toyota Yaris, you won't get high performance out of an entry-level notebook.
