Here is a link to the service manual for the Duo

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/insduo/en/Tablet_UG/Tablet%20UG.pdf

The manual details what touch screen gestures are available.  It mentions the Dwell gesture, which is touch and hold your finger to the screen to open context sensitive menus.  What this means, depends on the app that you are using.  With typical Windows applications and the Dell Stage utility it usually opens the right click menu.

The manual does go into further detail on Dell Stage and it applications and their controls and functionality.

Since the Duo is a Windows 7 based system and neither a Android nor iOS based device it may act differently than other Pads.

Thanks for the response, TB.

The problem was that after I disabled right-click for a Dwell event, I wasn't tapping on the screen long enough. If I dwell for 5 seconds, then it is registered as a taphold event.
