How do I increase Video memory on Latitude C610

Hi, new to the discussion chat. Trying to make a xmas gift work on my kids laptop. Its a Fisher Price Digital Arts & Crafts Studio. I'm getting a message that says I need at least 64mb of video ram/memory but my ATI/Mobility Radeon video adapter (in the dell laptop) only has 16mb... Is this upgradeable in hardware or firmware? Help !!

No, it's not possible on this model.

He is correct, it is very rare to find a laptop with any upgrade path for video cards. Pretty much the only upgrades possible are RAM and HDD.
