How do I order parts

Question

I have a Inspiron 6400 laptop that has a problem with the display.  I have taken it apart and have found that it has two problems.   1. The plastic bezel is cracked at the point where one of the screws goes in, therefore it doesn't hold. 2. The piece on the back where the hinge attaches is loose and separates from the plastic back when working the hinge.   My problem is that the system is out of warranty and I want to know what it will cost to order new pieces for it.  I can't find anywhere on the Dell website to do this and I am very frustrated.   I also have an HP laptop and I have been able to find a complete list of parts and order them through their website real easy.  They even ship parts overnight for no charge.   What do I do????????
