The system will not boot up without the error code unless a recognized display is connected - if it's just the cable, you will need to replace it with a working cable set.
1. Open “Control Panel\System\Hardware Tab\Device Manager”. 2. In the View menu at the top, click “Show hidden devices”. 3. Scroll down to “Non-Plug and Play Drivers” and expand. 4. Double click “Beep”. 5. Click the “Driver Tab” and change “Startup Type” to “Disabled”. 6. Restart.

There is no way to silence the beeps short of having the system recognize the display panel.
