How do you determine your LCD panel type / resolution?

I need to replace my E1505's LCD screen.  Dell has a refurbished WXGA they list for sale, but it says you have to install the same resolution screen as originally shipped with the system.  How do you find out which type you have (XGA, WXGA, etc.)?  Thanks for any input.

Have you looked at your invoice that came with it? That would tell you. If you go online and enter the service tag number you can get the specs the laptop was originally shipped with also. Do this here:

Thanks very much.  Exactly the info I needed.  Looks like it has a WXGA screen.
