How to connect to the Conexant USB modem?
My Latitude E6540 came with a Conexant USB CX93010 ACF modem built in. I can view it in the Windows device manager, and can send a query to it. The device responds. In fact, the response contains AT+FCLASS=? - 0,1,1.0,8, which is perfect. I've also configured the Phone and Modem settings in Windows to recognize it.
So far so good. What I cannot see is how to connect this modem to a phone line. Do I need an adapter of some sort? If so, what is the part number?

That driver is the same driver that Windows installs when I connect my external Dell-branded Conexant RD02-D400 so this caught my eye.
While there is mention of a modem in BIOS (to enable/disable) and the User Guide, there is no indication of where it physically resides so if you have no place to plug a phone line you seem to be stuck with taking the bottom off and seeing just what the heck it is you've got inside.
