I can't find my Original System Configuration
I'm from Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar (Burma). As you know, we can't get sufficient 100% support directly from DELL Inc.
I'm in possession of DELL INSPIRON 15R N5110 (Malaysia)
Service Tag - <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
ESC - <ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy>
I want to compare and contrast my Current Configuration with my Original System Configuration via DELL Support Webpage by using my Service Tag. However, when I try to access my Original System Configuration listing, I can't find it, the system display red color error message as follows -
There is no configuration information associated with this system
Why is that happen? How can I or what can I do to resolve that problem? If you can help me, please help me to reveal that Original System Configuration Listing.
I already done the following procedure on this issue -
1. I already called to United States DELL Support via Skype & they told me to contact Malaysia.
2. I can't call to Malaysia and I also can't send email to Malaysia because the system said my warranty is over.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

Hey even if your system Warranty is over. Getting the original Configuration is not a problem. Please call your Malaysian customer care and give your customer number you will get the information.
Thanks

Anish. OK. I'll try that. But I think my question is why I can't see my original configuration from Webpage directly? My understanding is that I can simply search every PC's original configuration if I know their respective Service Tags. I have 2 Service Tags. One is for INSPIRON Laptop N5110 (The one I mentioned here). Another is INSPIRON Desktop 620. I can see the original configuration for INSPIRON 620 though. Why I can't simply search for INSPIRON N5110?
