My Battery is stuck and I can not take it off my computer! How do I fix this? thank you!

Hi Edusec,
Since you said the battery is stuck, please check if you are following the same instruction to remove the battery as shown in the link below:

After a while struggling to get it off i eventually could pop it out, thank you for the assistance.
