Hi MizuAisu,

Did you manage to isolate the issue?

What is the exact system model? Not all models are compatible to work with W10 - check this link if your system is compatible to work with W10 or not - http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN297954

Restart the system and press f2 key to enter BIOS - Check if the HDD is detected in BIOS.

Restart the system and keep tapping on f12 key and select diagnostics. Run the test and make a note of any errors that you might possibly encounter and reply with the error details.

If the HDD is detected fine, then the OS needs to be repaired or most probably reinstalled. If you are able to isolate the issue, then if required, I can help provide the steps to reinstall the OS.

Keep us updated.
