Inspiron 15-5565, Windows 10, Touchpad button stopped working

Touchpad buttons worked fine until yesterday. They are not stuck and both left and right buttons click when pushed. Touchpad setting have not been changed. Please help.

Boot into Windows 10 Safe Mode. Do they work there? Boot back into normal Windows when done checking. Did you allow Windows 10 to update itself right before the issue started? Reinstall the Dell Quickset Application. Ignore any messages from Windows 10 if it says the driver is older. Restart when done and retest.
