Inspiron 15 Boot from CD

Greetings

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 15 3521

CPU: I5-3337U

Memory: 4GB

Hard Disk: 750GB

Screen: 15.6'' HD Touch WLED

Net: 10/100 Dell Wireless 1703 Card

Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1G DDR3

OS: Windows 8.1 x64

How do I boot from cd?

when I enter the Bios\Boot I see this screen:

Legacy Boot (inaccessible)

UEFI Boot:

Load Legacy Option Rom (inaccessible)

Boot List Option (inaccessible)

Secure boot

Secure Boot Mode

Restore Factory Defaults (inaccessible)

Delete All Security Boot Keys (inaccessible)

Add Boot Option

Delete Boot Option (inaccessible)

View Boot Option Properties (inaccessible)

when I try to add boot option I see only the hard disk.

the dvd is working properly (it is a Samsung TSST SU-208BB

Please help

Press the F12 key with a bootable DVD in the drive and you can then boot from the DVD drive.

To boot from a CD/DVD  you must turn secure boot OFF and boot in Legacy mode.

when I do this I get the following screen:

Legacy Boot:

UEFI Boot:

Secure Boot (inaccessible)

Load Legacy Option Rom (inaccessible)

Boot Liat Option

and I don't have Add Boot option

Is that the correct way the boot screen looks like to boot from cd/dvd?
