Inspiron 1521-Battery Light Blinking But is Fully Charged?

On My Inspiron 1521, the little Battery Light (Third Light) on the Left side of the Laptop Keeps Blinking Reddish-Orange?! On the Screen It says that it is fully charged but has been blinking like this for 2 days. Even if I unplug it, it still stays charged, I'm not sure what's going on. Everything works Perfect except for the light blinking...

Anyone?
