Inspiron 1525 adding Bluetooth card

I was having issues with my Inspiron 1525 getting hot and shutting down again this isn't the first time I have had this issue so today I removed the back cover and the heat sink and removed all of the dust bunnies that were blocking my vent this is the second time I had to do this in the last 18 months before that I had this computer in the closet for almost two years (I didn't know thing one about maintaining your computer so I said this doesn't work and bought a new one) during the Windows 8 preview I broke the 1525 out of the closet so I could install the preview and to my surprise the computer was working great again (after doing the initial dust cleaning thus eliminating overheat shutdowns) but anyway today while doing the cleaning I noticed that there was a spot already waiting for me to install a Bluetooth card and while this laptop already has a IOGear Bluetooth 4.0 dongle taking up  a USB port I figured that I would like to install Bluetooth internally and free up a USB port but when I was looking at it and then looking at 4.0 cards they didn't look like they would fit in the space that was provided for the card in the 1525. I went on Amazon and yes they were selling Bluetooth 2.0 cards but the 4.0 cards all looked like regular PCIE cards. So do I have to install the true mobile Dell cards which are all older models or can I get a new card that has the same connection type.

Hi DOS76,

Inspiron 1525 offers optional internal Bluetooth daughter card which is Dell wireless 355 Bluetooth + enhanced Data rate card. You may add any 2.0 Bluetooth card which is compatible with the current Operating system running on your computer.

Ok that is an excellent idea I think I will get a 802.11ac Bluetooth combo to replace the current 802.11g card that it has. Wasn't even thinking of that. Also out of curiosity could I throw the Bluetooth card in the spot labeled wwan and not upgrade the wireless I basically only use the computer as a HTPC in my bedroom I rarely ever disconnect it from the USB to Gigabit Ethernet adapter that I have so may not switch to wireless ac I won't use (damn I change my mind quickly)
