The 3521 and 5521 share boards. The other models do not share boards with the 3521. Consider also that if you replace a board with an integrated Intel GPU with one that is AMD or nVIdia, you will also need to replace the heatsink assembly and likely the power adapter as well.
This isn't anything like an economical upgrade - if you need a higher performance system, you'd be better off selling this one and buying a new system.
You can use DDR3L rated faster but the RAM speed is limited by the CPU -- it will only run as fast as the memory controller aboard the CPU allows.

Well, I guess I'll just upgrade my ram and HDD, and replace the whole system if I can.
