Inspiron 7537 i5 3 unknown device

Question

my service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. os windows 8.1. i have tried every possible way to install my driver by detecting dell software or by manual . installed every driver under my service tag. but still i see 3 unknown device at my device manager. pls help.

Sometimes inputting service tags doesn't display all relevant drivers although it should.
