Inspiron Laptop Speaker making lot of disturbing sharp noise
I had purchased my Inspiron Laptop in March this year. But suddenly speakers have started making lot of disturbing sharp noise, which is not audible when the laptop is mute. Moreover there is lot of white noise (disrubance) the sound when the earplugs are inserted.

Run the Dell Diagnostics audio tests.

The tests will play some music. If you hear the sharp noises or disturbing white noise during the tests then you have a hardware problem. In that case get Dell to fix it under your warranty.
