Yes I followed the correct order. But the driver for WLAN under network is not available...

Thanks for the links... How do I know if I have a Wireless adapter device in my laptop? I suspected the technician removed it.

I don't know the wireless adapter of Dell inspiron n4010. I can't find any WLAN Adapter driver for this model in dell website.
