If you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

Yes I followed the correct order. But the driver for WLAN under network is not available...

Thanks for the links... How do I know if I have a Wireless adapter device in my laptop? I suspected the technician removed it.

I don't know the wireless adapter of Dell inspiron n4010. I can't find any WLAN Adapter driver for this model in dell website.
