Hi,

Which graphics card do you have in your 15R 5520?   That model had the option for the discrete AMD Radeon HD 7670M video card, is that what you have?

The Inspiron 5520 is not one of the systems listed as tested compatible with Windows 10, so there may not be any drivers released for that model and that video card.  What I would recommend is, assuming you have the AMD video card, remove the driver from within Device Manager on that system, then reboot and use Windows Update to find / replace the driver.   Windows should have an innate driver that will work with the video card.

That should, hopefully, resolve your issue and remove that error message.

I have same notebook and same problem. Whenever it installs AMD driver even if it's from Windows Update Center, gives BSOD error. Why DELL doesn't support our notebook for Windows 10? Is it that hard?

Hi,

Unfortunately Windows 10 has certain hardware requirements that Microsoft has implemented, and if the systems don't meet those specifications then there isn't much we can do.   We're trying to support Win10 on every system we can, for every customer that we can.

Hp with the same specs works perfectly fine, so you are just ***-ing. One thing is for sure, I am never buying dell again!

Hi guys,

I did something that I think it might have resolved the problem.

1st, I have disabled the amd card otherwise it would restart constantly.
i downloaded intel driver update utility 2.2, scanned the device and updated the intel graphics.
then I downloaded chipset software installation utility and updated the chipset, (restart pc)

Intel Download Center

after that i downloaded latest amd drivers from amd.com, installed them and restarted the pc.

It hasn't crashed since. try it and let me know if it works
