Restart the system and tap F8 for Advance Boot Options, Select Safe Mode and hit enter.
Please use your system in Safe Mode for some time.
If the issue persists, in Safe Mode also, connect an external keyboard or mouse and let me know if it also stops responding in 1 minute.

Laptop works fine in the safe mode but still the problem persists in normal windows mode.
