Keyboard dosn't work on BIOS
Hello, i have a DELL Inspiron 15-3521, recently I changed de CMOS battery, and starting windows the keyboard doesn´t work well, only one or two random buttons work, and when i try to write the password, the space bar get stuck, i can only enter with the On Screen Keyboard option.
When i get into the BIOS, the keyboard doesn´t work either, but an external keyboard works, only in the BIOS, the external doesn´t work on Windows.
Help please.

Windows 10 is on the system ? You're able to use the 'On Screen Keyboard ' to get into windows ? You tried to run the diagnostic tool to check hardware on the system ? If no, follow the steps below:
1. Power off system
2. Power on system, quickly tap the F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click it. Please report back any error code.
