Lift the right side of the computer. Press the wsx keys down at the same time, then lightly blow at the d key. I suspect a crumb or a spec of dirt got down there.
It is possible that maybe the d key is malfunctioning. If the computer is under warranty, then contact Dell.

Problem unsolved.
Warranty claimed and DELL has replaced the faulty keyboard.
