Keyboard issue
Sometimes when I type the cap locks come on but the light doesn't show it and then when I arrow back it highlights the word. I can be mid sentence and then all of a sudden the letters that I am typing are in caps. If I hit the caps lock key (the light is now ON) then it goes to lower case. I have to hit both shift keys 3 times, wait, then 3 times again and this resets.
So the issues are cap lock comes on by it's self with out cop lock light being on. Then when the light is on, cap lock is off. So it's reversed
When this happens it is also like there is a sticky SHIFT key because it will highlight the word if I arrow over from where the curser is.
The only fix is resetting the keyboard by hitting SHIFT 6 times.
It is not the keyboard since it happens on both the external keyboard and the laptop keyboard.
Dell just came out yesterday and replaced the motherboard thinking that would fix it but it did not.
TIA
