Do you know where I can get a LCD video cable Dell Inspiron 1545 with webcam, I'm trying to search one but I can't find it.

What I don't understand is why said that "For use with 15.6" LCD LED Display Screen without webcam"
My screen is LCD LED but is has webcam.
What are the differences? My cable has a round area in the black large area. Is the only difference that I could appreciate.

I do not know this for a fact but I'm guessing (noticed I said guessing) that the LCD cable is separate from the webcam. They want to make sure that you know that the cable does not include the webcam.
But like I said, it's a guess. Maybe somone that knows will pop in and lend a hand.
