Laptop and external monitors running at full resolution

I have a Mobile Precision 5510 CTO laptop base with a Intel i7-6520HQ processor and a Nvidia Quadro M1000M graphics card. I want to connect it to a external Dell U2715H and a Dell U2415 monitor.

What docking/cabel connections do I need to get all monitors running in full resolution?
