Latest BIOS update fails. A05 on Alienware M11X R2
The message "Failed to retrieve system BIOS information. BCPSYS block signature was not found. Error code: -100" is received when attempting to flash the BIOS on an Alienware M11X R2 machine with the BIOS A05 (The latest) found on the Dell website. The application reporting the message is Phoenix WinPhlash64. The current BIOS installed is A02.

The latest BIOS for the M11x R2 is A03. You can download it here.
I think you downloaded the M11x R1 BIOS which is currently at A05.
